Brett Marsengill joined the Hargreaves Associates team to provide leadership of the construction of several key projects. His experience leading large scale projects in design and construction emphasizes quality assurance, sound techniques of constructability and cost-control. During his interim with Hargreaves Associates, Brett has completed overseeing the landscape construction and multidisciplinary team management of South Lake Union Park in Seattle, WA, the South Waterfront Neighborhood Park in Portland, OR, the MGM City Center in Las Vegas, NV, the Stanford University Science and Engineering Quad expansion in Palo Alto, CA, and the award winning Brightwater Treatment Plant in Washington State.
